Ingrediets
- fresh chopped red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 8 sheets of frozen brik pasta
- 100 gr of ricotta
- 800 gr of clean turnip broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
recipe
Cook the broccoli for 15-20 minutes in a non-stick pan with lid with 1 tablespoon of
oil, garlic, a pinch of salt, chopped chopped chilli and 5-6 tablespoons of water. Add the
ricotta to the broccoli after roughly cutting them and divide the mixture into 8 parts
on 8 brik pasta discs after brushing them with water. Slightly fold two sides of the
sheet of pasta towards the center and roll up the rest of the sheet forming rolls.
Place them in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes in a
preheated oven at 200 °. In a saucepan, put the balsamic vinegar and boil it for 5
minutes. Divide the rolls in two, cutting them transversely and decorate them with a
few tablespoons of hot vinegar.
