Ingrediets
- dried tomatoes (see the product)
- black olive paté (see the product)
- 1 baguette of bread
- 2 hg of Ricotta
- chives
- extra virgin olive oil
recipe
Slice the bread and put it to toast in the oven for five minutes. In the meantime, mix the ricotta with a fork and add a sprig of finely chopped chives. After passing a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the toast, spread a very thin layer of black olive patéadd a small teaspoon of ricotta to the chives and finally add the dried tomatoes cut into small pieces.
