Ingrediets

  • 1 jar of walnut sauce (see the product)
  • 1 leek 
  • 200 gr of turnips
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of coriander 
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper

Peel the potatoes and turnips and prepare, with both make disks of about 2mm thickness. Steam them separately. Prepare a mixture with coriander, garlic, olive oil and add salt and pepper. Take a circular-shaped mold and place a layer of potatoes, walnut sauce,a layer of turnips on the bottom and then start again. Between layers, pour a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Cover the mold with cellophane film and refrigerate. Cut the leek into sticks and fry in a spoonful of sunflower oil. Remove the mold from the puff pastry and before serving complete with the flavored oil and the crispy leek.
