Ingrediets
- artichoke patè (see the product)
- cannellini beans (one can) drained
- garlic
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- a few leaves of fresh basil

Put the cannellini beans with the artichoke patèin the mixer. Add a spoonful of oil. Let it go until it becomes a cream without lumps. Transfer the mixture to the bowl in which you will serve it, leave at room temperature for one hour, covered. Before serving garnish with a drizzle of oil, salt and freshly ground pepper and a few shredded basil leaves. Serve with slices of hot baguette or water crackers
