Combine the soaked and well squeezed bread, the drained onions, the eggs, the parsley and the minced garlic, Harissa and the spices in a bowl, mixing with your hands. Adjust with salt and pepper. Form with your hands small meatballs of 5 centimeters in diameter, lightly flattened. Fry the meatballs in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can cook the meatballs in a sauce made with 2 cloves of garlic, the pulp of two ripe tomatoes and a spoonful of oil.
