Ingrediets
- 1 jar sea bass / sea bream in oil (see the product)
- 6/7 dried tomatoes in oil
- a handful of pitted Taggiasca olives
- 8 clean grapefruit or orange wedges
- 1 packet of Valerian salad
- 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of lime / lemon juice
- 1 sprig of finely chopped fresh mint
- salt and pepper

Drain very well the fish in oil and arrange in small pieces on a serving dish over a
bed of salad. Cut the squeezed dried tomatoes in oil into small pieces and add them to
the plate with the pitted and drained Taggiasca olives. Garnish with citrus wedges and
season with the well-emulsified dressing
