1. A TASTY RECIPE OF LASAGNE WITH GREEN PESTO Recipe for 6 people

Ingredients 

  • 250 grams of ready- ready basil pesto (see the product)
  • 700 g of fresh lasagna
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 knob of butter
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Bechamel Sauce: :

  • 4 tablespoons of butter 
  • A pinch of sales
  • Pepper
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 900 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flour

First prepare the Bèchamel sauce.
Blend the milk with the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour it into a saucepan with the butter previously melted over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
After about 3 minutes of boiling the sauce will have thickened.

Take a pan, fill it 3/4 of slightly salted water, put on the gas and when the water begins to boil, far away boil the lasagna for about 1 minute on each side.
Drain them, and let them dry on a kitchen towel without overlapping them otherwise they will stick together.

Mix the bechamel sauce with pesto and turn on the oven at 190 degrees. Butter an oven dish of about 25 × 35 cm and cover the base with the bechamel sauce with pesto and lay a layer of lasagna on it, then spread a little more bechamel sauce and sprinkle with plenty of grated Parmesan. Form other layers following this order and ending with a last layer of lasagna covered with Béchamel sauce, pine nuts, flakes of butter here and there and plenty of grated Parmesan. Bake for about half an hour and, before serving, let the lasagna rest for at least ten minutes.
