Ingrediets

 

  • ready basil pesto (see the product)
  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • 50 g of salted roasted peanuts
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 20 cl of olive oil
  • ground pepper

Finely chop the peanuts, then mix them with the basil pesto and finely chopped coriander.
Sprinkle with 2 rounds of pepper or and cover with 10 cl of oil. Divide the feta into 4 large cubes. Pour the first pesto over half the cheese and the second over the other half. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the fridge until the next day. Serve the pesto flavored feta with slices of grilled bread.
