Ingrediets 

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced chilli
  • 4 green tomatoes
  • 300 gr fresh goat cheese
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon fior di sale
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Wash the thyme, dry it and remove the leaves. With a fork, mash the cheese together with oil, chopped chilli paprika, coriander, nutmeg, thyme leaves and salt flower. Keep cool. Separately, wash and dry the tomatoes, cut in two and dig with the aid of a teaspoon or a scoop for vegetables. Stuff with the flavored cheese and leave to cool until ready to serve. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
